• No more than 1 box,~ 20 items, at a time

• Broken, damaged, incomplete, mold, mildew, water damage, stained, musty, written -in, or highlighted.

• Textbooks, medical /law/reference, or tech books older than 3 years Encyclopedias or multi-volume sets

• Magazines, CDs, VHS, or Cassette 

• Reader’s Digest condensed books

• Personally recorded audio/video 

• Travel Guides

• Computer software

• Non-book or media items (e.g., toys, calendars, cards)

Donation Process:

• Pack donations in sturdy cardboard boxes with lids closed, handled shopping bags, or our reusable totes.

• Donations are accepted at the circulation desk only.

• We cannot pack or pick up donations from private residences or businesses due to limited volunteer capacity. However, we are happy to help unload donations at the library. 

• Unsolicited donations should never be left at the library without first speaking to a librarian
